Charlie Siem is a leading international violinist with a fantastic range of cross-cultural appeal, all starting from three years of age when he first heard Yehudi Menuhin playing the Beethoven Violin Concerto. From this point onwards Charlie developed an acute fascination for this musical instrument which led him to eventually graduate from Cambridge and then the Royal College of Music where he was taught by Itzhak Rashkovsky before being mentored by Shlomo Mintz. Charlie has performed with principal orchestras and leading conductors all over the Globe, scoring rave reviews wherever he played, and his regular Sonata Partner is renowned pianist Itamar Golan.Charlie is an ambassador for The Prince’s Trust, visiting Professor at the Leeds College of Music in London, and coaches at the Nanjing University of the Arts in China.
